We have been offering Past Life Regression here at Healing Hands.  We are very excited about offering this experience to our friends and clients.  Since many of you have had so many questions about Past Life Regression, we have created a question and answer section on this page.

Past Life Regresssion Q & A:

Q- What happens during a Past Life Regression?

A- As the facilitator, I will help you get in a comfortable position in one of our beautiful treatment rooms.  I will cover you in one of our special crystal blankets, which has 5 crystals sewn into it to help relax and protect you.  I will give you a short Reiki treatment, balance your chakras, and guide you into a deep meditation.  From there, we will go back into a past life.  I will ask you many questions to help you to get the most out of your experience.  When we are through, I will provide you with a CD of your regression so that you can take this experience home to review as often as needed. 

Q- How does the client feel during a PLR?

A- Most people report feeling sleepy and relaxed, but always in control.  Most people are able to see their past life as if they are watching it on a television screen.  When they are asked questions, they can answer clearly.  After they awaken, they can usually recall most of the events that they have described.

Q- What can be gained by having a PLR?

A- Often people find that issues that they have in this life correlate to issues they have had in past lives.  For instance, if you have an irrational fear of sharks, there may be an experience from a past life that you are still carrying with you.  On the flip side, it is really good for people to see themselves in different situations than they are currently in.  For instance, if a person is having a hard time achieving success in this life, it can be very good for them to see that they have been successful in other lives.  I will always ask you if you have a message or a lesson that you need to bring back to this life.  The answers are always amazing and empowering to my clients.

Q- How long does it take?

A- Most sessions last about an hour.

Q- How much does it cost?

A- We are offering Past Life Regression for $75.00 per session, which includes a CD of your session.  We realize that this is a much lower price than most practitioners ask.  Our hope is that our clients will be able to visit as many past lives as they would like to, without being hindered by a high price.

"I had my first-ever Past Life Regression session today,
with Katie at Healings Hands Reiki and Massage.  We went
into the quiet, calm room and she got me to relax really
